COULTER, D. Lynn (nee CONDON) - Passed away peacefully at the age of 78.
Beloved mother to Vicki Cohen (Howard), Diane Coulter (Darin) and Brian Coulter (Erica).
Loving and caring grandmother "Ninny" to Adam, Jason, Alyson, Joshua (Haley), Jessica, Darcee, Mitchell, Daniel, Molly, Abby and Jack and great-grandson Axel.
She is survived by her sisters Carol Buckingham (Dennis), Gail Bartleman (Bob) and brother Paul Condon, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Open House will take place on Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Yorkdale Holiday Inn, 3450 Dufferin St., Toronto, Ontario - Allure Dining Room.
An additional service will be held at Morrison Lake, Muskoka, Ontario in the summer of 2019 to facilitate Lynn's final wishes.
