ZAHODNIK, Edward Stephen - Peacefully at Bethell Hospice, surrounded by family on July 4, 2019, in his 70th year, after a courageous and dignified two-year battle with brain cancer.
Devoted husband of Kim.
Predeceased by his parents Anne and Nicholas. Adored brother of Bonnie (Aprile), Janet and Barbara (Leroeye). Loving son-in-law of Nguyen Tien Cung and Pham Thi Chuyen.
Ed was deeply loved and will be sorely missed by family and friends both near and far including lifelong friends Gary, Terry and Anthony whose friendships he cherished. He also holds a special place in the hearts of the (Nguyen family) in Toronto, Winnipeg and Viet Nam. A man of strong faith, Ed loved the Leafs, golf, travel, sushi, ginger tea and cooking up a storm with and for Kim.
