Paddon IanPADDON, Ian Arthur - Passed away peacefully into the arms of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at Baycrest Hospice in Toronto on Tuesday August 13, 2019 at the age of 52. 

Beloved son of Warren and Barbara Paddon, brother to Heather (Josef) Bergdahl, Jane (Tom) Snider, and Brenda Paddon. 

Greatly missed uncle to Daniel, Junia (Josef), Jason (Arlene), Linnea, Andrew (Megan), Terence, Miranda (Fletch), and Leah. 

Great Uncle to Mynta, Flora, Leeland, Tage, Iris, Lincoln, Jadwin, Jethro, and Ezekiel. 

Ian took great joy in and pursued a passion for food and cooking. This passion led him to serve with “Out of the Cold” (a wintertime outreach for the homeless) at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, Toronto. He had a brilliant mind, an incredible memory and a sharp wit. 

The family wishes to thank the capable and caring staff of Baycrest Hospice for their attention and sensitivity to Ian and family over his final days. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday August 23, 1 p.m. at the Morley Bedford Funeral Home, Toronto.

Memorial donations to Out of the Cold Program at Yorkminster Park Baptist Church, 1585 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON  M4T 1Z9 would be appreciated.
