LAURIE, Peter Joseph - (1958 - 2019) - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the Laurie family announces the peaceful passing of Peter Laurie in Credit Valley Hospital on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, with family by his side.
Peter was born in Springhill, Nova Scotia in June of 1958 to Douglas and Elaine Laurie, the fourth eldest of their nine children. Loving father of Nicole (Cullen), Danielle (Leano) and Peter Jr. (Victoria).
Cherished grandfather of James, Patrick, Aiden, Elijah, Noah, Kira, Nathan, Charlotte and Oliva.
Peter will be missed by the many people who assisted and cared for him throughout the years. His charm and humour brought a smile to everyone he met.
Family and friends may gather at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre - 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton on Friday, December 13th from 10am -11am. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home following the visitation at 11am.
Donations in Peter’s memory may be made to the March of Dimes.
