CAUGHERS, Heather Ann - (April 28, 1957 – December 18, 2019) - Our family is deeply saddened by the sudden and tragic passing of our mother due to complications after a double transplant.
She fought hard for her 3 kids & granddaughter, but unfortunately she succumbed to complications from the double transplant.
Heather was born on April 28/1957 in Newtownards, Ireland. Daughter of the late William and Audrey Caughers. Loving partner of the late Frank Jobin.
She is survived by her siblings Steven (Jill), Jackie (Jon), and David (Josee). She will be missed by her Children Jennifer (Joe), Cody (Sydney), Brianne, beloved granddaughter Jade and also by her pug Lola.
Heather will also be remembered by her cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Toornto, followed by a service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
