CAMMISA, Filippo - God called Filippo peacefully on Wednesday February 19, 2020 at the age of 92.
He will be reunited in Heaven with his loving wife, Rosa.
Cherished by his dear children, Anna (Antonio Rosano), Grace (Ben Ruggieri) and Pina Rossi.
Proud Nonno to Mary Grace (Stefano), Rosaba (Frank), Nico (Joanne), Matthew (Angelica), Alex (Amanda), Laura (Michael), Melissa (Daniel), Amanda (Nicolas) and Stefania. Adoring Bisnonno to Guilia, Michael, Emma, Joseph, Antonio, Marco and Ava.
Filippo will always be remembered by his brother Michele (Carmela) and sister Domenica. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd.) on Sunday February 23rd from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday February 24th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church (3265 Weston Rd., south of Finch Ave.) Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery (on Bathurst St,, north of Finch).
If so desired, donations in memory of Filippo may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
