Sardinha Marlon SeanSARDINHA, Marlon Anthony 'Sean' - On Monday, March 30, 2020, Marlon Anthony Sean Sardinha, known to all as Sean, passed away at the young age of 46.

Sean was born on February 13, 1974 in Toronto, ON to Sylvan and Joyce Sardinha, the second of seven children. He attended neighbourhood schools for Elementary and Secondary schools and this is where he was able to form some of his closest and longest standing friendships.

He graduated from Humber College, getting his degree in Business Management.

Sean was smart, assertive and hard-working. He never shied away from expressing his opinion or offering advice. When he had something to say, he made sure you heard it. He was a good leader, friendly in nature. This was displayed through his various managerial positions at Bi-way, Zellers, Bed, Bath & Beyond and most recently, Home Depot.

Along with these jobs, Sean also enjoyed a couple of hobbies; doing security work and being an emcee. These two polar hobbies showed the two sides of Sean -- tough, sometimes intimidating and willing to defend at the blink of an eye versus the gentle, happy, party side.

Many enjoyed the perks of having Sean be the bouncer of a club we wanted to attend; he made sure we got in hassle-free through our own entrance or through the main entrance but having line bypass. Many others have also witnessed Sean as emcee at weddings or different events. Anytime there was a mic nearby, you could count on Sean to grab it and liven up the party.

From being the tough older brother who was always protective over his siblings, extended family, nephews, niece, and friends, to the enforcer whenever he played recreational sports, to a kind, helpful, compassionate man, he will always be known as just an honest, kind-hearted soul you could count on.

Despite his recent challenge of being on dialysis for the past year, Sean still did his best to enjoy his life on a daily basis. His jokes, laughter, and colourful plaid shirts will be missed but cherished. All who were lucky enough to have crossed paths with Sean have gained an angel and he will forever be looking down on us all, especially his St. Clair Family. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered.

Sean is survived by his parents Sylvan & Joyce, his siblings Ronnie, Irwin, Neil, Melissa, Alan, Carl (deceased), his nephews Tyler & Marques, his niece Journey, all of his numerous extended family; aunts, uncles and cousins from the Sardinha and Collier families, as well as all his close friends, and co-workers.

Due to the unforeseen world pandemic, there will be no funeral service held at this time. We will celebrate Sean and his life at a later date.

The family sends extreme love and gratitude to everyone who called, sent messages, prayed, made financial donations and delivered items to the house while we were quarantined. Words cannot express how grateful we are to you all and for the love that you had for Sean.

Arrangements entrusted with Jerrett funeral home, ST. CLAIR Chapel, 1141 St, Clair Ave. W., Toronto.
