GRUTTA, Maria - (1950 - 2020) -
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Grutta. She passed peacefully on Saturday, April 18th, 2020 at Baycrest Hospital after a long battle with cancer.
Maria was the proud daughter of Giovanni and Leonarda Tobia; the cherished sister of Nicola Tobia; the devoted wife of the late Erasmo Grutta; and the loving mother of Tony and Denise, John and Suzie, Antonella and John, and Leonarda (Dina).
She will be greatly missed by her three grandchildren; Alexandra, Matthew, and Selena.
Maria was a strong woman who was loved and admired by her friends and family, and not a day will go by without celebrations of her memory. Her legacy will continue to live on through the people she has touched in her lifetime.
May she rest easily knowing she will never be forgotten.
