Morra MariaMORRA, Maria - At the age of 91, passed away on April 18, 2020.

Maria will be joining her loving husband Angelo in heaven. They immigrated to Canada from Italy to make a safe home for their family 56 years ago.

Maria will be warmly remembered by her children, Tony (Carmela), Biagio (Beth), Carmen (Lynda), Paulina (Norbert).

Nonna Maria will also be fondly remembered by her 13 grandchildren -- Maria (Edwin), Angelo (Alyssa), Joanne (Stephen), Kristopher (Leslie), Nicholas (Barbora), Julie (Ben), Michael (Sarah), Lisa, Stephanie, Alexa, Natalie, Jennifer, Julia and 7 great grandchildren --Viviana, Matteo, Benjamin, Daniel, David, Sienna, Alia. We will miss her caring nature and her famous Sunday lunches.

Being the eldest female in the family, she was like a mother to her 9 siblings. She will be forever missed by her numerous extended family members and dear friends.

We would like to thank the staff of Villa Colombo in Vaughan for taking gentle care of Maria for the last 5 years. Also, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all the doctors and nurses at Etobicoke General Hospital for their care of Maria and kind consideration of the family during her last few days.

Due to COVID-19, there will be no visitation or service. We will have a celebration of life at a later date.

In honour of Maria, donations can be made to the Mackenzie Health Foundation -COVID-19 Response: https://mhf.akaraisin.com/ui/Ultimate/donations/start.
