REGO, Fernando De Silva Rego - Passed away peaceful at the age of 92 on the afternoon of June 28, 2020 surrounded by his family.
He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife Maria of 68 years.
His sons Jose (Laura), Fernando (Noemia), Luis (Suzanne), Emmanuel and Denis
Grandchildren Linda(the late Hector), Mark(Janice) Christina(Carlos), Jenny(Pedro), Christopher, Derek, and Kelly and his great grandchildren Nathan, Nolan, Celina, Catrina and Marcus.
Fernando lived a full life with many great accomplishments. He ran a well known grocery store on Palmerston Avenue and was most proud of his cottage in Crystal Beach where he worked tirelessly to grow fruits and vegetables in his garden and greenhouses for 41 years.
May his soul rest in eternal peace always.
Funeral arrangements with Cardinal Funeral Home, Bathurst Chapel, Toronto.
The service will take place at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 15 Grace St, Toronto on July 6, 2020 at 9:30 AM
Fernando will be laid to rest at a private family gathering.
