De GIORGIO, Salvatore - Salvatore De Giorgio was born on June 12, 1940 in Cardinale, Catanzaro, Italy and passed away on August 11, 2020 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada at the age of 80 years.
Salvatore is reunited with his loving wife Giuseppina (nee Mele).
Loving father of Maria Santa (Domenico), Angela (Luigi), Mariano (Patrizia), and Maria Grazia (Frank). Cherished Nonno of Marianna, Giuseppina, Cassandra, Michele, Salvatore, Amanda, Samantha, Gianluca, and Damiano.
Salvatore will be deeply missed by his sisters Antonietta and Maria (Antonio), sister in law Caterina (the late Francesco), brother in law John (Marianne), and sister in law Teresa (Pino). Predeceased by brother in law Vittorio (the late Maria).
Salvatore will be loved, deeply missed and forever remembered by his family and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto on Saturday, August 15th from 4:00-8:00pm and on Sunday, August 16th at 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 17th at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas of Bari Catholic Church, 1277 St. Clair Ave. W. The Entombment Service will remain private for the family, only due to the Covid-19 restrictions at the cemetery.
