Manuel AubreyMANUEL, Aubrey George - Aubrey George Manuel was born in Lower Island Cove, Newfoundland on April 10th, 1943.

He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 4th, 2020 at Brampton Civic Hospital at the age of 77.

Aubrey was predeceased by his mother Mary Ann (Snelgrove), his father Samuel, sisters Maud and Edna, brothers Olaf, Howard, Gordon, Cyril, and Sammie.

He is loved and will be missed by his beloved wife Daisy, his children Derrick (Caroline), Debbie (Rod), and David. His beloved grandchildren, Randall (Megan), Josh, Cassandra (David B), Sarah, Kayla, Paiton, Justin and Tyler.

Dear brother of Elizabeth, Charles (Shirley) and Mary. Dear brother-in-law of Linda and Myrtle. Aubrey will be dearly missed by all his brothers & sisters in-law, and his many nieces and nephews.

Aubrey was a feisty, stubborn man loved by all. Aubrey enjoyed being surrounded by his friends and family at any chance he could. Aubrey loved to travel but his favourite place was always to travel back home to Newfoundland.

The family would like to thank the ICU staff at Brampton Civic Hospital for the care Aubrey received within the last 7 years. A special thank you to nurse Johana for all the love and support in his final days.

A private viewing and service will be held at Ward Funeral Home due to the current conditions surrounding COVID-19.  Donations in Aubrey's memory may be made to the The Lung Association.
