PIACENTE, Vito - (1935 - 2020) - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts, the family of Vito Piacente announce his passing on October 9, 2020.
He will be cherished by his loving wife of 60 years Francesca.
Beloved father of Lisa (Sam), Tony, Vito Jr. and the late Maria. Proud grandfather of his two grandchildren Matthew and Luca.
He will be held dear in the hearts and be fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends.
A man of integrity and a strong work ethic, he was a fun loving father and always ready to joke. Vito will always be remembered for his unmatched kindness and the great undying love he had for his family. Gardening was his passion.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to his caregiver Edelyn and to Dr. DiCarlo, Dr. Lee and Dr. Ng at Humber River Hospital.
Arrangements are entrusted with Delmoro funeral home, Toronto. Funeral Mass (WITH RESTRICTIONS) is planned for October 13th at St. Philip Neri R.C. church, 2100 Jane St., Toronto at 11:30 a.m.
