Jardine TerryJARDINE, Albert Terry - Terry went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 9th, 2020 at Glen Hill Strathaven Nursing home in his 89th year.

Terry was born in Toronto to Albert and Maude (nee King-Parkes) Jardine, a special gift to his ten-year-old sister, Beverlea.

Terry was an electrician by trade, working his entire career at TTC spanning over four decades. He met and married the love of his life, Helen in 1955. They purchased their first and only home in Scarborough, Ontario where they raised their three children Ward, Russell and Maureen. He was a devoted loving and caring husband, father and grandfather.

He was an active member of People’s Church serving both as an Usher and a Men’s Bible Study class leader. He had many hobbies including gardening, camping, singing and square dancing and was an active tropical fish enthusiast.

He leaves behind his loving wife Helen (nee Somerville) of 65 years. He will be greatly missed by his children Ward Jardine, Russell Jardine (Janis), and Maureen Barrett (Michael) Nicknamed “Happy”, he was the cherished grandfather of Alisha (Jon), David, Sarah (Jason), Meagan, Amanda (Blaise), Shawna, Sean, the late Brittany Rose, Shannon, Hayley, Carleigh, Michael and Miku and a loving great-grandfather to Mikaela, Colton, Paisley, Isaiah, Maverick and Everleigh.

Terry will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews across Canada.
