BERTRAND, Michael Joseph - Passed away unexpectedly after a courageous struggle on Monday, November 23, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto at the age of 83.
He goes to join his beloved wife Christine.
He will be sadly missed by his siblings Gilles Bertrand (Beryl), Claude Bertrand (Joan), Robert (Lorenda), Peter Bertrand, Raymond Bertrand (Jean), Clare McIntyre, Giselle Griffith, Louise Salapa, Jackie Cox, Lorraine Christie (Andy), Diane Harris (Robert), a multitude of nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews, his many, many friends and his cat, Lucky.
Michael was predeceased by his brother, Gerard.
A private memorial service will take place. Arrangements with Ridley funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Michael’s name would be appreciated by the family.
