GUERIN, Patricia (Connelly) - On November 24, 2020, Patricia Guerin (nee Connelly) passed away peacefully in her sleep after a battle with cancer.
She was 81 years old.
She will be greatly missed by her family and numerous friends.
There was nothing Pat liked better than an engaging conversation and looked for any excuse to celebrate. She lived her life to the fullest and was a person of unwavering faith. She always provided support and love for her family and would proudly boast about all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Pat was predeceased by her husband Ronald. Her family grieves her loss, but they take comfort knowing that Rocky and Pat are together again.
It would be wrong to say that Pat lost her battle, because she never stopped fighting, she was always determined and stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like.
A special thank you to the wonderful doctors and nurses at Credit Valley Hospital, as well as the home health care workers (her team of angels), for your loving kindness and caring of Pat since her first diagnosis.

Pat’s wishes to be cremated have been fulfilled. Visitation will take place at NEWEDIUK FUNERAL HOME, KIPLING CHAPEL, 2058 Kipling Avenue, Toronto on Saturday, December 5th from 2 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. We will take time to celebrate Pat’s life at a later date.
