GALE, David Richard - After a courageous ongoing battle, David Richard Gale passed away on Wednesday, December 16th, 2020 at Etobicoke General Hospital at the age of 73.
Beloved husband to Rosa for 44 years. Loving father to Ryan and his wife Mariel, Caitlin and her fiancé Brian. Dear grandfather to Siena and Savannah.
David will be fondly remembered by his twin sister Dianne as well as his loving brothers and sisters Bobby, Ron, Larry, Joe, Kathy, Sandy, Roy and Dena. He was predeceased by his siblings Ross, Frank, Bill and Lynda, and will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
David was a loyal employee with Coca-Cola for over 30 years. There, he earned the nick name “Super Dave” for his outstanding service and dedication to the company. He was an avid fisherman who looked forward to his semi-annual Mike Tezuka & Friends fishing trips.
David was an incredible listener, a loyal friend and a gentle soul whose generosity spoke volumes; always willing to help the underdog and those who were in need. He was a man of great integrity who lived by the rule, “Live life with honour, and honour shall always follow you.”
His legacy will live on, and he shall never be forgotten!

Based on the current COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will be held at a future date to reunite his close friends and family wishing to pay tribute to the life of David Gale.
