buda CarmelinaBUDA, Carmelina - Peacefully in her 81st year, after a long struggle with dementia, Carmelina passed away at Brampton Civic Hospital on January 11, 2021.

Born on May 14, 1939 in Fiumara di Muro, Italy, Carmelina was survived by her beloved husband Carmelo Buda.

The pair held unconditional love which was passed on to their close and extended family. Together, they filled the hearts of those in their lives with memories which are unforgettable.

She leaves behind her beloved children and their spouses; Mattia and Giuseppe Corsaro, Antonietta and Guyttano Buda, Silvana and Giovanni Corsaro, Stella and Fernando Martins, Julie and Joe Olivera, and Giuseppe and Domenica Buda.

She willbe missed by her loving brothers and sister in-laws, Domenic and Vicincena Buda, Santo and Caterina Buda, Joe and Winnifred Buda, Frank and Santina Buda, Rocco and Sonia Buda, Carmen and Antoinetta Buda, and sister Maria Ianni.

She was a devoted Nonna to Domenic, Maria, Cathy, Santo, Karmelina, Ashley, Carmelina, Maria, Christina, Stephanie, Brittany, Victoria, Carmelina, Carmelo and great grandchildren.

She remains in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Canada, Italy and Australia forever.

Carmelina will forever be remembered for her authentic cooking and her ability to bring joy to everyone through her personality.

In memory of Carmelina, donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.

Dear Carmelina, in life we loved you deeply, and in death we love you still.

In our hearts you hold a place, no one else could ever fill. Per sempre nei nostri cuori.
