STATCHUK, Frank Grant - Frank Statchuk passed away peacefully on February 10, 2021.
Frank was born in Saskatchewan in 1930 or 1931, although his exact date of birth was never quite known. Being the 14th of 15 siblings, they lost track! He was even born an uncle.
He was a devoted husband, married 68 years to Helen, who passed away just three months ago. Dedicated father to Ross (Pauline), Craig (Tara) and Marie (Ed). Admired grandfather to Paul (Tenley), Chris (Claudia), Will, Alex and Jack. Proud great-grandfather of Grayson and Sloane.
Frank enjoyed a lifelong love affair with golf, shooting his age nearly every time he played in recent years. He was also an excellent hockey and baseball player. The ultimate handyman, he enjoyed fixing anything mechanical (including jewellery) while listening to Country and Western music.
Both Helen and Frank will be greatly missed by all who knew them and their lifelong love story.
