Wiancko EldonWIANCKO, Eldon Theodore  -  We are saddened to announce the passing of Eldon Theodore Wiancko.

Born October 12, 1923, and died in the comfort of his own home, February 19, 2021.

Predeceased by his father and mother, Bruno and Elmina Wiancko (née RAYMER) brother Reford Wiancko, and sister Margaret Barnes (née WIANCKO).

A kind, thoughtful man, loved by all who knew him.

A veteran of the second world war, Eldon held many jobs over the course of his life: Grand and Toy, Inglis, and Universal Roto-Finishing (a business he co-founded), just to name a few.

He was particularly fond of working as a radio operator at a weather station in Labrador, before enlisting in the army. He retired after a 20+ year career as an economist with the Ministry of Health.

A beloved family man, he is survived by his wife June Wiancko, son Erik Wiancko, daughter-in-law Elisa Coish, and grandson Connor Wiancko.

He held a deep, abiding love for his nieces and nephews, Paul, Mina, Chris, Christina, Valerie, George, Dianne and their spouses, children and grandchildren.

He will be missed and remembered by all. Rest In Peace.
