AMOROSO, Carmela (Paulozza) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Carmela Amoroso on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Humber River Hospital at the age of 87.
She has been reunited with her cherished husband Pompeo (1996) and her beloved son Nicola (2016).
A loving and devoted mother to her daughter Angela and to her son-in-law Donato.
A proud and cherished Nonna to Paul and Mark.
She was a loyal sister to Donatina (Domenic), the late Lucia (the late Gabriele), and the late Francesco of Italy.
A dear sister-in-law to Donato and Filomena. She will be greatly missed by relatives, friends, nieces, nephews and their families.
Carmela will always be remembered for her love, kindness, strength and perseverance. Family, friends and faith were of the utmost importance.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, our family has made the difficult decision to hold a private visitation. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Donations in honour of Carmela can be made to Humber River Hospital or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
