Pearson GregoryPEARSON, Gregory Allan   -  1955 - 2021  It is with a broken heart and a trillion tears that I announce the passing of Gregory Allan Pearson.

After 6 years of courage, strength and positivity through the years of chemotherapy, Greg has been an inspiration to family and many friends.

Greg was born in Toronto, Ontario. He grew up at 39 Riverdale Avenue and attended Danforth Technical High School.

At 18 years old, he started a long career at IBM Canada, where he flourished and gained international respect for his expertise in Canadian Customs and Classification.

He is loved deeply because of his kindness, compassion and generosity.

Greg took much pride in his 10-acre property in Uxbridge, Ontario, where he spent many long hours pruning, cutting and entertaining friends and family.

Greg loved travelling with his beloved wife and they enjoyed a multitude of excursions, countries, cultures, beaches, oceans and sand.

Greg is desperately missed by his wife, best friend and soul mate, Lee Pearson, and his daughters, Trinity Popowicz (Robert Paulin), Skye Popowicz (Ian Munro), Lark Popowicz (Logan Krupa) and Shea Popowicz. His grandchildren Destiny, Avery, Lenix, Scarlette, Hunter and Hendricks are very sad Grampa Greg has gone to be with the angels in Heaven.

He is missed terribly by his brothers Terry Pearson (Louise), Bill Pearson (Janice), sister Nancy Pearson, and his many family members and friends. Greg was the son of the late Ken Pearson and Violet Begley and big brother to the late Richard Pearson.

When the time comes where his many friends and family can come together, there will be a celebration of Greg's life.

Donations can be made in Greg's memory to the Margaret Behan Hospice in Newmarket, where Greg was tenderly and compassionately cared for until his last breath.
