Randy owned and operated Cool Licks for many years. He looked after Bernstein's General Store. He loved the Haliburton Highlands.
A Family Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday morning, March 17, 2021 out of Haliburton Community Funeral Home.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Institute for the Blind or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
