HEAPS, William James - On March 10, 2021, Bill passed away peacefully, at home.
Bill's ashes will be interred in The King City Cemetery.
Bill passed away on the same date as his mother, Thelma, 30 years ago.
Loving, kind and generous father of Tanya Leroux, devoted and proud grandfather of Lei-Liu and Max.
Predeceased by his parents, Thelma and Joe, sisters, June and Janice, brothers, Fred and Bob.
Survived by sisters, Mary Lou, Nancy and Lila, brothers, Bert, Leo, Allan, Douglas, Michael, Donald and Patrick.
Bill's life was made richer by his much loved extended family, friendship with Don and Sonia Chin, skiing with friends at Beaver Valley and golfing with friends at Beacon Hall and Tropic Bay.
Bill was a man of precision and detail, a member of The Society of Engineers and founder of Armada Golf Cars. Bill could fix anything! He enjoyed fishing, boating and building cottages.
Cremation took place on March 15, 2021. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
The family would like to thank Southlake at Home, LIHN and CBI, and all of the people who cared for Bill at home this past year.
