Peacefully, with his family and friends at his side, on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at home.
Jeff, beloved husband of 37 years to Catherine (nee Lumsden).
Devoted and loving father to Ian.
Dear son of the late Ian and Eleanor Ferguson.
Lovingly remembered by his brother Steven, his wife Jacqueline and their daughter Hayley (Alex).
Jeff is also missed by his uncle Neil, aunt Donnie and aunt Margaret as well as his cousins Jennifer, Elizabeth, Nancy, Ronald, Lori, Adrianne, Karen, Shawna, Donald, and their extended families, all who played an important part in his life.
Born in Toronto, finally residing in Belleville. Jeff was a loving, compassionate, caring man who lived a remarkable and full life with many friends.
He enjoyed travel, was a certified master scuba diver, model building, as well as being an avid model railroader.
He will be missed.
A memorial to celebrate Jeff's life will be held once the COVID restrictions are lifted and family and friends from near and far can gather together to join in.
Jeff's memory may be honoured through a donation to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation, Christ Church, Belleville, or a charity of your choice.
