JAGO, Shirley Ellen - We are very sad to announce the passing of our mother on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in her 92nd year.

Shirley quietly left us to be reunited with her beloved husband Bill. They are together again and forever.

Cherished Mom of Terry (Kevin) and Donna. Dearly loved sister of Gail (the late Al). She will be sadly missed by her sisters-in-law Lois (Don) and Lorraine (the late Bob).

Shirley will also be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents Maud and Burton Piper, sisters June (Joe) and Pat, and brothers Walter (Edith) and Warren (Barb).

Mom was a wonderful and giving woman with a big heart and great sense of humour. Everyone who met her said she was such a sweet lady. She was creative and developed a real talent and love of china painting. Shirley will always be remembered for her elephant collection.

A big thank-you to Dr. Mulhern, Candy and Vivian for all their care and support.

A private family service has been arranged. Arrangements are entrusted with Ward funeral home, Weston chapel.

If desired, it was Shirley’s wish that a donation be made in her honour to a children’s charity of your choice.
