HICKEY, William Joseph 'Bill' - (1940 - 2021) - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William (Bill) J. Hickey, who passed away peacefully at his home on September 22nd, 2021 in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Beloved husband of Loretta, and loving father to Linda, Philip (Cheryl), Tammy (deceased), Adele (deceased), Teresa (Harold), George (Patti), Paul and Bowen.
Proud grandfather of Rose, April (Jay), William, Philip, Christina, Jim, Jack (Danielle), Austin, Justus, Jasmyn, Taylor, Andrew (Nicole), Sarah, Blake, Avarie, Liam and great-grandfather to Madison and Jackson.
Born and raised in Toronto, Bill also spent many years living in both Keswick and Lindsay. Bill was a great man with a kind heart who was always willing to help. He will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a man who loved golf, going to the casino, and spending time with family and friends.
He was a proud member of the Local 30 Sheet Metal Workers’ and Roofers’ Union for 65 years.
