DICKSON, George McDonald   - Passed away peacefully in Aurora on January 4, 2022 in his 90th year.

George was born on January 6, 1932 in New Zealand. 

Loving husband on Dorothy Dickson.

Beloved father of Lynda Sudworth, Ronald Dickson, the late Veronica Prout, Elizabeth Clark (Wayne), Dorothy Smith (Stan), the late Robert Smith, Tom Dickson, and Karen Dickson.

Proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Survived by brother Reginald Dickson (Hillary), predeceased by brother Brian Dickson (Connie).

Son of the late George McDonald Dickson and Hellen Fuller. 

The family would like to thank all staff at the Chartwell Aurora, especially Daxa, Tara and Carmen for their loving care and compassion. 

Friends may call at the Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street S., Newmarket, on Friday, January 7, 2022. Visitation will take place from 2-3 p.m. with a chapel service at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow. For those unable to attend in person, a livestream link will become available. 

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Chartwell Aurora Long Term Care Residence.
