Bourne MarilynBOURNE, Marilyn J.   -  June 28, 1938 - January 5, 2022

Died peacefully at MacKenzie Health Hospital.

She was predeceased by her loving husband, Stanley, and they are currently dancing together in heaven to their song Volare.

Loving mother to Bradley (her pride and joy), mother-in-law to Kim and grandmother to Kathryn.

She is remembered by her many friends.

One of her greatest joys was the time she spent as a teaching assistant and remembered every single student fondly, she found joy in children and animals.

She loved to shop, was a foodie before it was trendy and loved to laugh - she had the most infectious laugh.

She always sought out lonely people and included them - one of her favourite things to do at her retirement residence was to make up bags of candies and chocolates to pass them out and brighten the day of others (and of course selflessly sampling them for quality control).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to two of her favourite charities the Toronto Humane Society and the Hospital for Sick Children.
