PEPIN, Doris Pearl - It is with great sadness that the family of Doris Pepin announces her peaceful passing from this life, on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at the age of 92 years.
Doris was predeceased by her beloved son Colin Basha with whom she is now joyfully reunited, as well as her husband Ronald Pepin, parents Nathaniel and Emma (Atkins) Batten, brother Douglas Batten, sisters Elsie (Batten) Frost, Marjorie, Ethel and Eleanor Batten.
Left to mourn are her sisters Laura Hirst, Evelyn (Alf) Skanes, brother Walter Batten, sister-in-law Lorraine Batten, her beloved nieces and nephews, extended family and friends, and her Royal Canadian Legion family, especially those from her home Branch 614.
Cremation has already taken place; interment to follow in her hometown of Bell Island, NL.
