Dzupina GratiaDZUPINA, Gratia Maude (nee GORDON)    - March 28, 1919 - April 15, 2022

Passed away suddenly two weeks after celebrating her 103rd birthday with close family.

Predeceased by her first husband, Arthur Stinson (1995); second husband, Michael Dzupina (2016); her cherished sister, Evelyn Patricia Gordon (2020); and brothers, Frank and James Gordon.

She is sorely missed by her daughters: Jessica Dzupina- Ward (Patrick), Joan Perrie (David), Gay Stinson (Orrin) and Carol Kerrigan.

Also missed by her grandson, Daniel Whitford.

Gratia lived a long and active life.

Her passions included camping and canoeing in Algonquin Park, spending summers in the Haliburton highlands, swimming, playing tennis until her 80s, skiing, gardening, reading and doing crossword puzzles.

She also enjoyed singing and playing the violin in the early years, then painting and pottery.

She was an animal lover, cherishing her pets, especially several vizslas and many cats throughout her life.

Many thanks to the staff of the Elm Grove Living Centre for providing such warm and considerate care.

Following her wishes, Gratia has been cremated.

Donations in her memory may be made to animal rescue organizations.
