VAN HAMME, Gwendolyn June (nee CAMPBELL)    -  It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gwendolyn June Van Hamme (nee Campbell) July 18, 2022.

Gwen was born in Toronto on June 17, 1938 and spent her childhood in Lawrence Park, and then moved to Don Mills, with her husband, Kenneth Van Hamme (deceased July 25, 2005).

Gwen was an active part of the community including volunteering for the Girl Guides of Canada, The Donway Covenant United Church and Overland Public School, to name just a few. Gwen had many interests: an avid reader, rug hooker, traveller, and sports fan.

She especially loved watching the Raptors, Blue Jays and Canadian athletes compete.

A private celebration of her life with be held with her family, daughters, Jennifer Anderson (Ross), Sharon Ferries (Steve); and her grandchildren, Kevin, Matthew, Samantha and Stephanie.

Gwen supported many charities every month. Donations in her memory to the Terry Fox Foundation or a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated.
