BROWN, Ian Douglas -
1947 - 2023
Ian sadly passed away on June 2, 2023.
He was predeceased by his younger brother, James, and is survived by his sister, Anne; his sister-in-law, Debbie; and nephews, James and Craig.
After working in the accounting industry, Ian followed his passion and took up painting. He was fortunate to find a wonderful instructor and a group of like-minded artists.
He enjoyed some wonderful painting holidays in many places, including San Miquel d'Allende, Portugal and Gran Manan Island.
Ian had very recently returned from a painting holiday in Devon which he thoroughly enjoyed.
Ian will be missed very much by his family, his painting community and many loyal friends - some of whom he had known for over 50 years.
A Celebration of Ian's life and his art will take place at a later date.
