COLE, Esther  - On Monday, December 11, 2023, peacefully at home in her 100th year.

 

Esther, beloved wife of the late Jack.

 

 

Loving mother and mother-in-law of Norma Cole and Robert Kaufman, Avraham and Bina, David and Gwen, and Linda and Mark Brager.

 

Dear sister and sister-in-law of the late Nina and Mike Zlotkin and Norman Kendal, Carl and Pearl Cole, Sarah and Eddie Solish, Mary and Sam Gold, Joe and Lil Cole, and Tubby and Ellen Cole. Daughter of the late Aron and Fanny Kendal.

 

Devoted grandmother to Jesse and Michelle, Daniel and Elkie, Yehoshua and Chaya, Rae and Daniel, Beth and Sean, Aron and Sarah, Bracha and Danny, Yitzie, Matthew and Lauren, Bayla and Raphie, Ryan and Maggie, Cole and Laura, Levy and Sara, Faye and Mike, Zalman, and Mendy and Lula.

 

Intrepid great- grandmother to 32, she doted on each and every one. Aunt, cousin, and lifelong friend to many. Homemaker extraordinaire.

 

With special thanks to Annie and Marisa who cared for her with great patience and affection, and to Dr. Pan, Dr. Howe, and the staff at Temmy Latner, and to her Family Doctor David Altman, who provided the most thoughtful care.

 

At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Avenue, W. for service on Wednesday, December 13th at 10:00 a.m.  Shiva visits following the burial, at 33 Jackes Avenue, #403 until 4:00 p.m. and then 7:00 to 9:00 pm., Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening services will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
