ROWAT, Robin (Robert) Forbes - Died peacefully, on December 3, 2023, age 93, at Sunnybrook Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
Predeceased by his partner, Margarite Pommer; he is survived by his daughter, Debbie, and son-in-law, George; his son, Tony and daughter-in-law, Lee; grandson, Alex and his wife, Angeli; granddaughter, Dylan; his sisters, Nancy and Jean (Peter); his brother, Peter (Katie); and many nephews and nieces.
Robin was an avid sailor and longtime member of Ashbridges Bay Yacht Club.
He was a graduate of Ontario College of Art and Design in 1955 and worked as an interior designer his entire professional life.
Robin spent several years in the Reserve achieving the rank of Lieutenant, Queen's York Rangers, 25th Armoured Regiment, Tank Commander.
