FERNANDEZ, Inezio "Ignatius" Alex - Of East York, ON, age 71, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018.
Inezio was born May 10, 1946 in Fort Hall, Kenya.
He worked as the Head Printer at a printing company and loved his job.
In his retirement, Inezio enjoyed travelling, listening and singing to Elvis, watching sports and attending exercise classes.
Inezio is survived by his daughters Nicole (Erson) Religioso of Lake View, NY and Danielle Fernandez of Toronto, ON; his five grandchildren Sofia, Maya, Emelia, Leila and Francisco; his brother Dr. Alcantro (Melinda) Fernandez of Stoney Creek, ON; his sister Evette (Rodney) Roberts of Ancaster, ON; and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Edith Stein Parish, 16 Thorncliffe Park Dr., Toronto, at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 8, 2018. A reception will follow immediately after the Mass until 4 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Centre, 50 Overlea Blvd.
