SINGH, Loraine Mary (nee STEPHENS) - Passed away May 31, 2018 in her sixty-eighth year.
Loraine was a strong woman and a gifted artist who took pleasure in painting, sewing, gardening and playing the piano.
Loraine was a faithful parishioner of St. Martin of Tours Church for over thirty-nine years.
She also enjoyed a forty-four year career at the Metropolitan Toronto Separate School Board. Loraine was predeceased by her mother Merlyn (2000) and brother Eugene (2011). Loraine will be missed by her husband of over forty-three years, Roland, her son Allan (Susannah) and granddaughters Julia and Miranda, her father Denzil and siblings Derek (Tracy), Tessy (Glen), Johnny (Beverly), Douglas and Maree.
Friends and family may call at the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street, W., Mississauga, on Thursday, June 14th, from 6-9 p.m. and on Friday, June 15th, from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church, 1290 McBride Ave., Mississauga, on Saturday, June 16th, at 10:30 a.m. Interment, with a celebration of Loraine's life to follow (reception).
