TARGONSKA, Jadwiga Anna - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jadwiga Anna Targonska on April 30, 2021 at 1:23pm. Jadwiga passed away peacefully at the age of 74, at Credit Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Through years of battle with strokes and recent operations, she never gave up and stayed strong till the very end. Her courage, determination and strong will was like a bright light through her journey.
She was a beloved wife of Wladyslaw Targonski, loving mother to Richard And Miroslaw Targonski and cherished grandmother to Bianca and Thomas.
The family would like to thank all the family and friends for all the support they received through this challenging time.
