VAN SCHOOTEN, Carla - Age 83, passed away peacefully at Milton District Hospital, on Sunday, May 16, 2021.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Sam (2019).
Survived and lovingly remembered by daughters, Helen and Cathy, Cathy and Wilma, and predeceased by her son, Jack.
Dearly missed by her siblings, Mary (Victor, deceased), Tina (Edmond, deceased), Petra (Frank, deceased) and Leo (Margaret). Predeceased by her brother, Henry.
Very special Oma to each of her grandchildren, Jacob, Laura, Dan, Josh, May, Mariska, Genevieve, Adam and Arika. Beloved Big Oma to all of her great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Parish, 139 Martin St., Milton, on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 10 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Milton District Hospital Foundation for the kind and loving care received by all the staff.
