CSEFF, John - With his children by his side, John Cseff passed away peacefully, on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at the age of 71, after enduring a 14-year battle with cancer.
Born on May 30, 1950 in Vocklabruck, Austria, to parents John and Mary Cseff.
They immigrated to Canada in 1954, and settled in the small town of Aylmer, Ontario.
He was predeceased by his parents, and also his wife of 44 years, Kathryn.
John is survived by: his 3 children, Eric, Adam (Jocelyn), and Karyn (Michael); his sister, Rosemarie (Dan); and the apples of his eye, his two granddaughters, Selina, and Logan.
A graduate of the University of Waterloo, John spent the past 45-plus years making a name for himself in the field of Engineering, specializing in mining and concrete silos.
John was a lifelong athlete who enjoyed playing basketball and football, and was a big fan of the Raptors and the Broncos.
Visitation will be held at McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home in Milton, on Saturday, October 9th, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., followed by a service at 2 p.m. Those wishing to attend the Visitation, please RSVP online through John's webpage.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in John's name.
