ROGERS, Joan (nee MARINOFF) - 1936-2021 Joan Rogers, nee Marinoff, passed away with her son, Brian, and grandchildren at her bedside, at the Chartwell Hollandview Trail Retirement Community, on Thursday, December 9, 2021, in her 86th year.
Beloved wife of the late Greg "Buck" Rogers (died 1981) and former companion of the late Ivan Bates.
She will be greatly missed by her three sons, Brad (Sandy), Robert (Senja) and Brian (Angie).
Loving grandmother of Laura (Gavan), Cameron (Marissa), Andrew (Rebecca), Amy (Carson), Meigan and Jazlyne and great-grandmother of Myles.
She is survived by her loving sisters, Edna Rose and Elma Jeffrey and her youngest brother, Roy Marinoff. Predeceased by her sister, Elsie Marinoff and her brother, Art Marinoff.
Visitation will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, Newmarket, on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place in the chapel on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 12 noon. Please note that documentation proving double vaccination is required.
