Bootland LesBOOTLAND, Leslie Edward - January 22, 1965 - February 18, 2018 - It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Leslie's unexpected passing on February 18, 2018, in his 53rd year.

He leaves behind his parents Ray and Marg Bootland of British Columbia, brothers Larry (Darren Hearns) and Leon (Trish McKay), nieces and nephews Emily, Ben, Finn, Avery and Lola, of Nova Scotia.

Also left to mourn are his many friends as well as his Toronto family Suzi and Skit.

Born in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, Leslie spent most of his adult life in Toronto. He had a successful career as a skilled Registered Massage Therapist at the Elmwood Spa.

More recently he enjoyed his volunteer work at the Essentials Market for PWA.

Leslie was ever so pure of heart and trusting, seeing only goodness in others.

Special thanks to Dr. Cavacuiti, Chris Lopez and Shawn Tweedy, as well as Dave Benstead for their support.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Leslie's life will be held on Thursday, March 29th, from 6 to 8 p.m., at 200 Gerrard St. East, in Toronto.

In memory of Leslie, donations may be made to PWA.

Leslie, you brought us joy and laughter and you will live on forever in our hearts
