Peacefully on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at home with family at his side, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of 64 years to Patricia (nee Wood). Loving father of Mary–Frances Radway, Theresa Aldcroft, Daniel Aldcroft, Elizabeth Rioux and James Aldcroft. Cherished grandfather of Kathleen, Brenna, Matthew, Yasmine and Cameron. Dear great grandfather of Jade, Dahlia, Luna and Sage. Eldest brother of Wilfred (d.1981), Edward, Gail (d.1979) and Michael. Beloved brother-in-law to Lil Coombs, Bernadette Aldcroft and Betty Lem (Wood). Jim touched many lives and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 1:30 pm, at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, Cobourg. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
