It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Patrick Gravelle, who died peacefully with his family by his side on August 27, 2025, at St. Peter’s Hospital in Hamilton. Bob was 85 years old and a long-time resident of Campden, Ontario.

Bob is survived by his devoted wife, Isobelle, with whom he shared 62 wonderful years of marriage. He will be forever missed by his children: Shelley (Rick, 2008), Debbie (Bill), Chris (Lisa), and his honourary daughter Carol (Wayne). Bob was a proud grandfather to Brianne (Bruno), Jordan (Katy), Spencer, Katie (Gage), Megan (Kade), and Cameron, as well as a loving great-grandfather to Lyla. He also leaves behind his cherished fur buddies, Ziggy and Napoleon.

Bob dedicated 34 years of his career to General Motors. Outside of work, he was happiest outdoors—whether fishing on Lake Nosbonsing, hunting, bowling, or in his workshop creating with wood. He will be remembered for his warmth, strength, and the deep love he carried for his family and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

Visitation will be held at Tallman’s Funeral Home, 3277 King St. Vineland, Ontario, on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Refreshments will be served in the Fireside Room immediately following the service.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Bob’s memory.

Bob will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
