Patric James « Scott » Collins passed away on Friday August 15th, 2025, in Kitchener Ontario at the age of 54. Scott, father of Dustin James Jucknies-Collins and Aaliyah Williams-Collins. Uncle to Brandon (Ashley) Kenzie, Dylan (Jordyn) Kenzie, Ryan Kenzie, Tyneshia Hobbs, Ava Hobbs and Declan Hobbs. Great-Uncle to Addison Kenzie, Raelynn and Rylee Kenzie. Loving brother of Tamara (Dale) Collins-Hobbs. Loving partner to Maggie Roias and father figure to her children, Lucas Moniz, Daniel Moniz and Steven Moniz. Predeceased by his parents Patric Collins and Ruth VanCise.
Scott was a devoted and hardworking man who worked in the trucking industry for many years, then proudly ran his own business for more than 15 years before joining Toyota Manufacturing. Forever young at heart, he had a gift for bringing joy to those around him, whether through his quick wit, spot-on impersonations, or fun-loving spirit. He loved camping, traveling, and discovering new foods, and his lively stories and wild theories made him truly unforgettable. Scott touched countless lives with his humor and kindness, and his memory will remain with us always.
A Celebration of Scott’s Life will be held Monday August 25th, 2025, at 2pm at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel, 82 Pine Street. Interment, Stayner Union Cemetery.
