KOLLMAN, Lyle Wilfred “Kollie” Kollman

Passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Friday, March 20, 2026. Lyle “Kollie” Kollman of Shakespeare in his 80th year.

Beloved husband of Joan McArdle with whom he has shared the past 8 years. Dear father of Dave & wife Tammy and Dwayne all of Shakespeare. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Kloe, Macy & Summer. Survived by his sister Diane & Ron Low of Elora and brother-in-law Peter Klem of Shakespeare. Remembered by Joan’s daughter Michelle & husband Zane Laing of St. Marys. Bonus grandpa to Magnus, Darius and Blaine.

Predeceased by his parents Wilfred & Kathleen Kollman, sister Jane Klem and brother Robert & Linda Kollman.

Lyle Wilfred “Kollie” Kollman was the proud owner of Kollman Sales & service from 1987-2007. Prior to this he was a licensed carpenter with Riehl Construction and later Nith Valley Construction. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and hunting and spending time at his hunt club. We ask you to take some time and remember your last visit with him, sharing stories and laughs, telling a joke.

A private family service will be conducted at the Francis Chapel of the Glendinning Funeral Home, 77 Woodstock St. N., Tavistock.
