WHITE, Gordon Cecil White

He of Claremont, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, at the age of 73.

Born on August 17, 1952, Gordon lived a life defined by hard work, generosity, dedication and deep love for his family. He spent 50 plus years working as a truck driver. A career that reflected his passion for cars, road trips and the open road. Outside of work, Gordon found joy in the simple things he loved most — cars, cooking, tinkering with just about anything, and above all, spending time with the people he cherished.

Gordon Cecil White will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Peggy; his children, Brenda White, Gordon White (Crystal Pigeon), and Yvonne Alexopolous (Matthew Alexopolous); his beloved grand children Jamie Collins, Cam Collins, Milo Alexopolous, Ella Alexopolous and Lylah White, along with extended family and friends whose lives were touched by his kindness, humor, and steady presence.

He had a way of making people feel welcomed, whether through a shared meal, stories he loved to share or simply being there when someone needed him. His warmth, wisdom, and love for family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Though he is gone from our sight, the memories he created and the love he gave will remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
