MCLINDEN, Susan Eleanor McLinden

She passed away peacefully on 17 May 2026 at St. Michael’s Hospital, surrounded by family. Susan Eleanor McLinden was a dedicated mother to Beth, Cameron, and Randy, grandmother to Brendan and Christian, and sister to Martin and Murray. Born in Leaside to Alice and Martin Taylor in 1945, Sue graduated from Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing in 1967 and dedicated 50 years to her nursing career in Ontario before volunteering at Out of the Cold and various animal charities. She touched many lives in Canada and the UK and will be remembered for her courage, kindness, and passion for animals, children and the environment.
