CHIVERS, Robert Henry Chivers

Passed peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on August 16, 2026, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Gillian for 60 years. Much-loved Dad to Christopher, Joanne (Robert), and Carolyn (Brennon). Cherished “Bobby” to his grandchildren Jack, Georgia, Willa, Sydney, Alex, and McKenzie, and remembered by Allie and Jarrett Carter. Predeceased by his siblings May (the late Barry) and Irene (survived by Ronnie). Robert Henry Chivers will also be missed by his several nieces and nephews in Canada and in Northern Ireland.

Remembered fondly for being a present and devoted father, a talented woodworker ad cottage builder, and an all-around great person, Robert will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
