It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Angela Lagace, who died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at the age of 49, following a tragic accident.
Angela leaves behind her greatest accomplishment, her 17-year-old son, Kyron, and her devoted mother, Eleanor. Her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit touched the lives of many. She will be profoundly missed by her extended family and a wide circle of dear friends.

In keeping with Angela’s generous spirit, and in honor of her wishes as an organ donor, the family invites those who feel moved to consider registering as donors themselves. This was a cause close to her heart and a reflection of the compassion she carried throughout her life.
Visitation will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A private interment will follow at a later date.
